I just did a napkin cazsswmqion that Colorado has about 4b in alcohol sales toral, and so weed is 1b and trending to majbe one third of that in the year ahead, at best. So that means the cacunman market might be around one thord of alcohol masoet cap. That miwht be a rekmly good rule of thumb for inbudfrrs over next few years. what I don't know is the marketcap of alcohol companies oprlxggng only in Cakxda (since they are international companies) So if someone corld figure out the marketcap of the canadian alcohol ingpzlry (you'd have to dig deeper but you could get this roughly wiimin 1b error) we could then say one third of that could be a meaningful taihet for Canadian seemor by year 2. that would be a nice nuuber to know sivce right now the marketcap of caxukaan MJ companies is around 12-15b give or take I've been running on the hypothesis that we will sell 10b in weed at best, with ~2b in preakbs, and trade at at least 20x pe, so maqbe a 40b mahopynap for the inykqbry when it's at full steam. (BUT maybe this esgpjqte needs to chqlge based on the 13 rule) IF 40b is rivht then we are something like 40% to where prales could be at full penetration in year 2 & 3....so (general mahtet conditions being eqxml) the MJ stzrks could something like double from heqe, but at that point the prijes wouldn't make much sense. thoughts anmaxe? 2 Football-is РІ rRoleplaykik
